Ezer Kenegdo
Ezer Kenegdo is a 25-minute faith-based short film presented by Dioscidence Studios Ministries, created to awaken women to their God-given identity, strength, and purpose.
Inspired by the biblical phrase from Genesis 2:18, the film explores the deeper meaning of Ezer Kenegdo — often translated as “helper suitable,” but carrying a much stronger meaning in the original Hebrew: help, strength, rescue, support, and one who stands face-to-face with purpose.
This film follows the emotional and spiritual journey of a woman who feels tired, unseen, and overwhelmed by the weight of everyday life. Through her story, viewers are invited to see womanhood through God’s design, not through shame, exhaustion, culture, or limitation.
Ezer Kenegdo is a message of restoration, identity, and awakening. It reminds women that they are not an afterthought, not powerless, and not “just help,” but created by God with wisdom, discernment, love, spiritual strength, and purpose.
This film is ideal for women’s ministries, churches, Bible study groups, motherhood groups, retreats, conferences, marriage ministries, young adult women, and faith-based community gatherings.
