our Ministry
Dioscidence Studios Ministries is a Christ-centered media ministry dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ through film, television, and visual storytelling. We exist because we believe media is one of the most influential mission fields of our time—and that stories, when surrendered to God, can awaken hearts, reveal truth, and lead people to Christ.
Our ministry is rooted in Scripture, guided by prayer, and committed to excellence. Every project we create is intentionally shaped to reflect biblical truth, point to the redemptive work of Jesus, and encourage spiritual growth. We do not create content simply to entertain, but to serve God’s purpose and advance His Kingdom.
Through faith-based films, series, documentaries, and educational media, Dioscidence Studios Ministries seeks to reach believers and non-believers alike—meeting people where they are and inviting them to encounter the Gospel through story and screen.

Ezer Kenegdo is an upcoming faith-based theatrical film that explores God’s original design for partnership, purpose, and redemption. Rooted in biblical truth and told through compelling, cinematic storytelling, the film invites audiences to reflect on identity, relationship, and God’s intention for humanity from the beginning.
More than a story, Ezer Kenegdo is a call to rediscover God’s heart—pointing viewers to His truth, grace, and redemptive plan through a powerful big-screen experience.

CEO | Producer | Filmmaker | Visual Storyteller | Creative Director.
Norma A. Medina is the Founder and CEO of Dioscidence Studios Ministries, with over 20 years of experience in film and visual storytelling. An A-List Winner with ABC, she has produced both narrative and commercial work, including La Ramona Short Film (2017) and national campaigns.Driven by her love for the Lord and a heart for families, Norma is committed to creating clean, faith-centered programming that inspires youth and strengthens identity. Through Dioscidence Studios, her mission is to tell stories that restore purpose, speak truth, and bring lasting impact to individuals and communities.

MICHELE SANTA MARIA
CFO | Financial Steward | Line Producer
Michele Santa Maria serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Dioscidence Studios Ministries, bringing a wealth of experience, wisdom, and integrity to the organization. Having retired from a distinguished career with the Department of Social Security, she offers a strong foundation in financial management, structure, and accountability.
As both CFO and Line Producer, Michele oversees financial planning and stewardship across projects, ensuring resources are managed with excellence from development through production.
Known for her sharp financial insight and attention to detail, she brings both intelligence and heart to her role—faithful to the Lord and deeply committed to the mission. In addition to her professional work, Michele enjoys acting and traveling, bringing creativity and joy into every season of life.
Her leadership and stewardship make her an essential part of Dioscidence Studios and its vision to create impactful, faith-driven storytelling.

PATRICIA GALINDO
Producer | Spiritual & Production Support | Nonprofit Secretary
Patricia Galindo serves as a producer and Secretary for Dioscidence Studios Ministries, bringing strong organizational skills, faithfulness, and a heart for service. With a background as a teaching assistant and experience supporting production at The Rock Church, she contributes both practically and spiritually.
During Ezer Kenegdo, Patricia served as a producer while also carrying multiple roles throughout the entire production—offering hands-on support, encouragement, coordination, and consistent prayer, helping anchor the project in faith from beginning to end. Her dedication, versatility, and reliability make her an essential part of the team and its mission.

CLAUDIA PALOMARES
Board Member | Intercessor | Volunteer Coordinator
Claudia Palomares serves as a board member of Dioscidence Studios Ministries, faithfully supporting the ministry through prayer, leadership, and service. As an intercessor and volunteer coordinator, she helps organize and care for teams while covering each project in prayer.
During productions like Ezer Kenegdo, Claudia steps in wherever needed, bringing a joyful spirit, strong initiative, and a servant’s heart to every area of support.
